5.10.25 I stumbled upon this hidden gem trying to get to another restaurant. Let's just say im glad to have stumbled into Magnolia. We had fried chicken, yams, mashed potatoes, green beans, lima beans, smothered pork chop with white rice, 2 dinner rolls, sweet potato pie, and pecan pie. The food was delicious, and the service was amazing. I didn't make it to take any pictures outside of the pie Istartedeating. Certainly, I will be returning.

This was my first time here and I must say the food was EXCELLENT especially the meatloaf! The service was fantastic as well. Hilda was a wonderful waitress. She was on point with everything. If you dine here, you definitely won't be disappointed. Thank you Hilda for your wonderful service and kindness.

My 1st time experiencing this restaurant! I was overwhelmed in trying in trying to figure out what I wanted to eat!! Soooo many delicious choices! I settled on mushroom chicken, mash potatoes, okra & cabbage!! It was so good & hearty! You get so much food for an amazing price. Plus the seating is so nice & the atmosphere is so homie, clean & nice! I miss places like this! We will return with family & friends!

I'm not from this side of town. My 1st visit. So I appreciate google leading me here for lunch. The staff is very nice and make you feel welcome. The restaurant was clean. The has a nice aroma, the taste and food quality was amazing. Seasoned lightly, very good. My sweet tea was delicious. 6yr old enjoyed the cabbage & Mac n cheese. Overall 10/10. Great Dining experience. Great prices and portions. I will be back for Easter & Mother's Day .

We were spending the day at Stone Mountain and a local suggested Magnolia Room to us for dinner. We were not disappointed! The place, including bathrooms, was impeccable, staff was friendly, and we we're served and seated quickly. It was difficult deciding what to get, since menu was large and everything looked good! We enjoyed the smothered porkchop, meatloaf, fried catfish (huge portion!), fried okra, green beans, mac&cheese, sweet potato casserole and mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious, tasted fresh, and portions were ample. My only complaint is that everything except the catfish wasn't quite hot enough, more like lukewarm. Still, it was a great meal, good value, and much better than anything we could have gotten in the park.

Definitely a gem more like a diamond! This place is my little secret when it comes to soul food you just can't beat it. Reminds me of back in the day when my grandmother had Sunday dinner prepared after church. A to go must visit!

Fried chicken and Mac & cheese were delicious! I admire that they keep the cafeteria very clean and organized, no messy food bins. The service was great too. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I forgot my sweet teas but one of the cafeteria ladies ran out to my car to make sure I got them! Great people and business 10/10 recommend this place.

I'm a chef and this was some of the best food I ever had!!! was visiting from Connecticut and I swear I got some of everything, including the ham hock meat from the beans..my leftovers first pic and my moms second one!!
